The Battle for the USA hits home.

This week while visiting my mother in the hospital at the time. The topic of Obama started up and spread around the room. They are for ‘change’ and much as i hate to say it for Obama. We discussed the options in the upcoming election and as with many Americans they want change and they hear and see in Obama’s speaking the desire to change our country.

What they fail to ask is in what ways? I believe that many Americans have fallen under his ’shock and awe’ campaign of change and that they won’t see what he is really about until the day he sits in the White House.

Pray for our Country, our leaders and those choosing which candidate to support.

1 step nearer to WAR with Iran

On September 26, 2007, the Senate, by a vote of 76-22, including about half the Democrats, moved the United States one step closer to war with Iran.

The Senate did this by urging the President to add the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, an arm of the Iranian state, to the list of international terrorist organizations.

This gives President Bush additional cover to use military force against Iran, which could include military raids into Iranian territory. We have been here before. This is how the Vietnam war was expanded into Laos and Cambodia, which led to the deaths of millions of Cambodians.

The result in this case could be the further radicalizing of the Islamic world, making us more vulnerable to terrorist attacks rather than less.

It is important to note that the President still has no explicit authority to attack Iran, but this won’t necessarily stop him. He has shown a great willingness to violate both statutory law and the constitutional limits on his power.
Under the President’s theory of the Unitary Executive he believes he has the authority to do anything he thinks is necessary to defend the nation. He asserts this right because of his constitutional role as Commander in Chief. What the President ignores is that his powers as Commander of Chief are limited by the requirement that Congress pass a formal Declaration of War before offensive military action is taken.

Foreign involvement in Iraq is a real problem. But so long as this administration insists on being a foreign power involved in Iraq, then Iranian intrusions must be dealt with by military action within Iraq’s borders, and only in Iraq. Better yet would be diplomatic negotiations in which we would offer Iran a comprehensive settlement. We are doing this with North Korea and it is working. We have failed to do this with Iran, which is why all of our previous negotiations have failed.

The Union Americas & it’s composition

President Bush and CANAMEX officials assembled in New Orleans on April 4th. They have already created a Constitution for America’s Union(NAU anyone?).  While officially the SPP is doing no such thing the truth lies under a thin haze of lies.

Urge your congressmen and senators to repeal the SPP and to stop the NAU.

OKLAHOMA DECLARES ITS SOVEREIGNTY

STATE OF OKLAHOMA
2nd Session of the 51st Legislature (2008)
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 1089

AS INTRODUCED
A Joint Resolution claiming sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over certain powers; serving notice to the federal government to cease and desist certain mandates; and directing distribution.

  • WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:
  • “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”; and
  • WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment defines the total scope of federal power as being that specifically granted by the Constitution of the United States and no more; and

  • WHEREAS, many federal mandates are directly in violation of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States; and

  • WHEREAS, a number of proposals from previous administrations and some now pending from the present administration and from Congress may further violate the Constitution of the United States.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 51ST OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
THAT the State of Oklahoma hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the Constitution of the United States.

FLEX YOUR RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES

Our rights are slowly being usurped from under our noses. The media is doing a flash bang on our brains making us tune in and tune out to the real world. Where were you when our right to habeas corpus was taken away?  The movie theatre, watching a soap opera or zoning out in a video game?

All across America people are flexing their rights and using them to remind their fellow Americans that if we don’t use it and fight to keep it it will be taken away from us in the name of our protection.

When was the last time you saw a citizen wearing a firearm in public. Aside from certain federal restrictions in most states you can wear your favorite firearm to the local McDonalds and pick up lunch for your family. Going picnicking at the lake? Take your firearm along to protect your family.

If you are unclear about your rights, or want to open carry the correct way, I recommend the following web site:

http://opencarry.mywowbb.com/

The forums are divided for each state and on those state pages you will find discussions of encounters, specific laws and more.

Don’t let your freedoms pass in the night, turn off the tube and turn on to the real news. The news carried on blogs, web sites, and any other source that isn’t the main stream media.

CASCADIA

Oregon, Washington, Idaho, British Columbia & Northern California. (or some composition thereof.)

As a citizen in one of those states I support the efforts of Cascadia.

  • Cascadia Commons is an umbrella organization seeking to network with businesses, governments, and non-profit organizations bringing sustainability to the region. We seek to form a bioregional congress that supports life-place living, neighborhood revitalization projects, improving the capacity of local co-housing and cooperative businesses, developing a bioregional food network, support efforts encouraging communities and individuals to utilize innovative and sustainable technologies, restore watersheds, and create the Cascadian Commons, a community land trust that will ensure the survival of our great region and maintain Cascadia as one of the greatest places on Earth.

There are many web sites, and several names but all come back to the central thought that our region could be self sustaining and could potentially function as a model for other regions in the United States.

Here are a few links to various Cascadia(n) web sites:

Check them out and if you live in one of those states support them as you can.

Gun Laws

Guns. I’ve always had family members with guns, who went hunting probably  joined the NRA all that stuff. But never in my life did I want a gun.  Then I started hearing about how our liberties and freedoms were being taken and abused.

This is not the world my parents were kids in. And its high time we protect ourselves.  I for one am going to purchase a firearm when I am able. To protect myself, my family and our freedoms.

Letter to Senator Crapo regarding Energy

Senator Crapo,

I travel about 20 miles each direction to work.  It’s really hurting me financially to continue paying these gas prices, but what am I to do?  Quit my job?  Try to sell my house so I can move closer to work?  At this time I’m going to continue to commute and reluctantly put my trust in my government to fix the problem.  I’m very skeptical that you folks will do anything about it because it seems like the government is more concerned about investigating professional sports and finger pointing about who’s to blame for our nation’s problems.

As a citizen of Idaho and of the United States of America, I can tell you that I really don’t care if our nation’s problems are a result of Democrats, Republicans, or President Bush.  Somebody has to act like a responsible adult and the American public is waiting to see if our leaders are going to help us.  Are you folks that out of touch with reality?  Do you know what it’s like to go to the gas station and see the dollar amount on the pump scroll so fast that your head spins?

My idea to alleviate our oil problems is to drill in the United States in those areas we know to contain oil.  Why not?  Who are we saving it for?  How many jobs would be created if we were to drill on our own soil?  Don’t you think that creation of those jobs just might help our economy, as well as diminish our reliance on foreign countries for oil?

I appreciate the opportunity to share my story and ideas.  Thank you, Senator Crapo.  You seem to be the one that’s stepping up.

South American Union

This last week a new  multi-national entity was formed. It was reported buried several pages back with little mention in some of our newspapers. Spending time their their website you can learn that they have people in the US, Canada and many other nations working toward globalization.

Bilderberg is meeting next month and one can only guess at their gloating over their success to the south.  It is evident that  time is short and  we must use it wisely. I suggest that  you prepare to get your family to safety. Call your congressmen and pray.

This is one nation under God and it’s time we start remembering that.

Til next time.

The War Within

If you watch the unfiltered  news you’ll see that there are aircraft  spraying pesticides over our cities. There are forced inoculations turning children from happy and talkative to silent reservation.  This is a war unlike any other; our government is attacking the American people in every direction. Policy are more brutal than ever in our history. We are being poisoned from the air, from the water and from the medications they urge us to take.  This Must stop.

We, the people of the United States of America must say NO

We are tired of being poisoned, lied to, betrayed, devalued, stripped of our liberties, protections and privacy. We are DONE with it.  It’s time to stand up for ourselves, to send a loud clear message to our government.

“But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.” The Declaration of Independence.
